HOUSE BEAUTIFUL VIEW LAKE MAGGIORE
Within these walls lived Livia, my mother Orietta’s aunt. Livia managed the Bar Ristorante “Al Pozzo,” located just below you on the ground floor. For decades, the bar and restaurant were a gathering place for the residents and travelers of the Val Veddasca. My paternal grandmother, Maura, a friend of Livia, worked alongside her, serving countless smiles and coffees to customers and passersby. It was here that my parents, Vittorio and Orietta, first met, fell in love, and shared their story of love at first sight.
I spent part of my childhood in this house, relishing the freedom and values that only a small village can provide. It was here that I first understood the heart-wrenching beauty of the lake.
The house has been lovingly and painstakingly restored to carry forward the tradition of hospitality started by my parents many years ago, overcoming challenges of every kind. Today, together with Angela, who takes care of the cleaning and upkeep of Casa Vacanze Bella Vista Lago Maggiore, we pour all our energy into ensuring you can feel the peace and good vibrations of this timeless village.

⚪The house was renovated in August 2024 and is located in the heart of the Campagnano village, in the small Giuseppe Solera square known as "Il Pozzo". The apartment is in an historic building dating back to the 1600s, traces of which can still be seen in the double-arched gallery entrance to the house and in the Moorhead above it.
⚪The Bella Vista Lago Maggiore vacation house is located on the second floor of a building of two, conveniently accessible by car to the front door (parking allowed for loading and unloading).
⚪It enjoys an excellent panoramic location, with a 42-square-meter terrace for exclusive use. From this terrace, you can enjoy a splendid view with a different sunset every evening and all the privacy you need, thanks also to view-break curtains.
⚪Completely furnished and equipped the house consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with shower
⚪The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, American coffee maker and kettle, as well as having a small peninsula
⚪In the living room overlooking the terrace with a lake view, there is a dining table for four and a sofa bed (size 133*192 cm open) that can be opened in few seconds
⚪The house is equipped with WI-FI and a wide variety of books. Book crossing is appreciated, if you like a book you are free to take it as long as you leave another one
⚪Cot, high chair and toys for toddlers are available free of charge inside the living room cabinet
⚪For bicycle lovers there is the possibility to park their bicycles on the terrace and/or in the condominium gallery inside the building (unattended parking)

Small and stylish apartments with spectacular lake views
However, there are a couple of aspects to improve. The sofa bed is rather small and uncomfortable, with sheets that are not exactly suitable, giving the idea of a makeshift solution. Furthermore, we had some problems with self check-in because we were not given the code to open the key box. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the owner was unreachable and we had to wait for about an hour, fearing that the holiday would be cancelled. When we finally got through to her, she was still nice and we resolved it quickly. Aside from this initial hiccup, the rest of the stay went smoothly. Overall, a nice apartment with a wonderful view, but with some details to fix.
